Jonsi cancelled his in-store appearances for the rest of his tours. He’ll still be doing his concert gigs, still hitting The Vic on 11/03. Those of you who were excited for a Reckless Records acoustic gig should go and buy tickets
Been revisiting Turbo Fruits this past week. Makes me upset that I missed their latest gig here with Those Darlins. Can’t catch all of ‘em, but you can go and pick up Echo Kid, their shit-kicking Fat Possum full-length. Woohoo!

Sports lit up on my radar a few days ago, in particular, the track “To Catch A Thief”. Loose synths paired with haunting vocals produce a delicate, ambient pop that I’ve been really enjoying. I’m excited to see what’s next.
Here’s one from the lovely duo Cotton Jones‘ premiere release, Paranoid Coccoon. Tunes like these beg for long nights & glasses of whiskey, and for follow-ups, like their recently released Tall Hours In The Glowstream.
Seems I’m on a Twin Shadow train lately, going wherever they want to take me at this point. If you’re like me, you’re still mesmerized by Forget. Well here’s a remix done for Hooray For Earth that has stuck with me.
