I said a little while ago that there’s a lot more to Japan than you’d first realize- sure sushi and sex robots are nice, but there’s also great music down there, too! 80kidz sent me some new stuff of theirs today. A Japanese group with a slant towards heavier electro-induced party anthems, they have a mini-album that you can get on iTunes called Life Beings at Eighty [buy] as well as some remixes that scorch my headset after each listen. I’ve featured a few of their songs before, if you’ve been around long enough to notice.

You can find their work on the Japanese label, KSR Records, as well as the latest release by autoKratz [buy] where their remix of “Fuck Fox” was featured. As far as autoKratz goes, it seems every time one another gets in contact, great things happen. Awesome by association, I guess. But for today, there’s much to be excited about! I have you a Black Kids [buy] remix, and a MGMT [buy] remix, on top of original works of theirs and a little bit of autoKratz love to finish it all off. ‘control yourself.. take only what you neeeeeeed from it.’
