LA Riots @ Debonair [7.11]

July 10, 2008

The esteemed LA Riots are spinning Friday, July 11th, over at Debonair Social Club with DJ White Shadow, Sye Young & Heather Doble, brought to you by Avant Trill and hosted by Jillian Valentino and Scott Cramer. It’s a ten dollar cover, but there’ll also be a great Stoli deal and 3 buck PBRs to make up for it. Check out some of the more recent LA Riots remixes if you’re still on the fence. Definitely a show worth checking out- they’re gonna burn Bucktown to the ground tomorrow.

LA Riots – If I Could (feat. Jadis)

Weezer – Automatic (LA Riots Remix)

Jupiter One – Countdown (LA Riots Remix – Radio Edit)

Toxic Avenger – Escape (LA Riots Remix V8 )

la riots was the guy in the basement who closed out the night ;) i dont know what was going on upstairs..

  7. evan Says:

Ohhh, ok. I didn’t get a good look at who was spinning in the basement or upstairs. I just remember the music upstairs killing my mood so much that I went downstairs and was like, “This sounds much more like the kinda shit LA Riots would spin.” I figured they would have the headliners upstairs. Dammit, Debonair.

This Toxic Avengers remix is amazing !!

  16. it’s common for production duos to have one producer and one dj these days. one stays home and produces while the other tours.

  17. daniel Says:

um. we’ve never been booked to play at the metro. we played downstairs at the smart bar and went on at like midnight and played a two hour set (if i remember).. right after felix cartal and right before the beetroots.

    promise.

  18. nicko Says:

yeah, i couldn’t remember any dates where you were at the metro. i do remember seeing you at smartbar, though- the time before the date you mentioned- with treasure fingers a few months ago. fun night.
