Hey, this is Agnoek again, and I’ve been wanting to make a feature with only Australian songs, mainly because The Presets will be releasing their second album, Apocalypso, on April the 12th. Their second single of the album, which will be released the 12th of May by Modular, is named “This Boys In Love” and has been remixed by Presets member Kimberly Moyes aka K.I.M., Jori Hulkonen, Lifelike and Kevin Saunderson.

Another great Aussie outfit are Grafton Primary. The Miami Horror and Hey Now remixes of their song “I Can Cook” have gotten massive coverage. Act Yo Age had a go at this as well. They’re signed to DJ Ajax’s new label Sweat it Out, along with other well known names on that label are Redial and Gameboy/Gamegirl, who have been featured here a bit recently.

And following in the wake of all of The Videoband feedback regarding their remixes, here is an original song to take a listen to. I have to couple that with a Robyn remix that raises the bar quite a bit.

I got to know about the Acid Jacks through Boy 8-Bit who remixed their first song “Awake Since 78″. They will be releasing an EP, that is said to be taking it back to the acid house party feel of their younger years. The Praire Cartel from Chicago have just released their first 12 inch: Long Nights, Impossible Odds, featuring four jacking songs.

Also from Chicago is Potty Mouth Music, who have a roster of artist who bring you the dirty fidget house, you all love. Artists like Crookers, The Bulgarian, Heavyfeet, Hijack and Santiago & Bushido have found a warm home there.

A new Bloody Beetroots song is always something to look forward to, especially if it is a remix of South Central. I haven’t heard from Pornophonics before, but they have gotten some attention on a couple of blogs. The Beetroots will also be coming back to Chicago later this month with LA Riots on what will be their 3rd appearance in the city in the last 2 months.

And if we can feature one pair of Italians, why not feature another even more famous pair of Italians? Namely, the Crookers, who will also be in Chicago this June according to some trustworthy sources. Their remixes keep popping up all over the place. And according to their Myspace we can also expect a new album coming out here pretty soon.
