The Villains, one of the hottest electro sets out of LA, are hitting Sonotheque this Wednesday (02/27/08)- brought to you by Dark Wave Disco, Empty Bottle & Red Threat (that’s right.)
You might remember the Villains from their scorching remixes of Bloc Party and Daft Punk that lit up DJ sets across the country, and from my Best-Of list that I assembled at the end of 2007. They graced it twice. I strongly urge you to go see this show if you’re in the Chicago area, I’m happy that the gig landed at Sonotheque, it’s probably my favorite venue in the area. Let’s burn it down.

Loving the Villians Defintly one of the juciest cherrys from the Great tree that is the L.A. music scene.
But the Thriller remix is only about 1:30 and it sounds like the beat is about to drop then it just finishs is that how the song is supposed to be or could they only do so much due to Copy Right.
Oh and is there any way you can do a Guns ‘n’ bombs post with all there mixtapes as they are one of the most over looked Groups out there
