Metal On Metal are fucking awesome. They’re a trio from Lituania and have remixed some great stuff within the past few months. They have an electro edge that isn’t overstated or repetitive. And if you have some free time, go on their myspace page and read their “history” when you have a chance- it’s hilarious.
Recently, they were talking about a Bloc Party remix of Flux that they just finished. I wanna hear it, but no dice so far. The Blood Red Shoes remix that’s on their profile is killer. I’d love to get ahold of that. But for now, all I could find are the tracks below. I know there’s someone out there that wants to send me a copy.
On another note, I was reflecting about how many remixes of NYCP’s “Ice Cream” I’ve posted in the past few weeks. I think I’m close to a million by now, but they keep surfacing. Damn! What am I to do?
Datarock – I Used To Dance With My Daddy (Metal On Metal Remix)
Kissy Sell Out – Her (Metal On Metal Remix)
New Young Pony Club – Ice Cream (Metal On Metal Remix)
