Mike.
Any Toxic Avenger remix is welcome here. Any time. This one’s a slammin’ rework of Sexual Earthquake in Kobe’s homage to dance music and how awesome it is. A good amount of you should be familiar with his work from his kickass IHeartComix tour that rolled through the U.S. this past few weeks. There’s photos of all of the mayhem on his blogpost.

…AND there’s new Jay-Z to check out! The man needs no introduction, I’m sure you’re very aware of his existence by now, before and after he “quit” hip hop. He’s recently teamed up with arch-nemesis Nas to put together a couple of projects. Who would have seen that one coming? These tracks are from his new project “American Gangster” which lines up with the new Denzel Washington movie bearing the same name. Jigga is a marketing genius, I don’t care how much you hate or like him.

Rock Sellout turned me onto Eskimo Joe a few days ago. These tracks are off of their third album. It was an antipated release after their double-platinum sophomore release “A Song In A City”. Sneaky Sound System put their own twist on “London Bombs” which I’ve been groovin’ to the past few days.

I was doing backflips when I found this track. Boys Noize, who arguably put together one of the most original and amazing records this year (”Oi Oi Oi”), remixed this Marilyn Manson track at one point. I love to see unconventional collaborations between epic artists, regardless of genre, and cutting edge electro phenomena. The Bloc Party track is just a little extra, in case you missed it first time around.
