The Image Front’s Debut EP is officially out on itunes, Amazon, emusic, and rhapsody.

The Image Front was formed out of the debris of the DJ Crew Iconoclast Chicago. The band was spawned by the first single, “Do Sex, Have Drugs”, that was inspired by the true story of Mr. Automatic, Joe Vortech, and Onefiftyone having their DJ gig at Chicago’s Subterranean canceled in an untimely fashion. Taking a cue from The Prodigy (and The Real McCoy), they set out to create ridiculously fun dance music that would also serve as an outlet for their angst towards 21st century nightlife. Recently bigged-up by IDJ Magazine as one of the best German labels for meaty Electro beats, Freakz Me Out is quickly joining the likes of Boys Noize, Television Rocks or Exploited Records in the list of names to watch if it’s modern electronic party music you’re after and Minimal is boring the hell out of you.
For the latest FMO release, it’s all eyes on Turkey for a change – and we’re not talking about Christmas Dinner. Hailing from Istanbul, new signing Gooseflesh are exploding onto the scene with tracks and remixes out on Coco Machete, Big Splash and Boxon Records among others.

The “Wet EP” features three Gooseflesh originals that demonstrate why these two guys have been receiving heaps of blog love this year, with their pumping beats, catchy chords, powerful riffs and tight production.
Band members Jackdied and Jasko are fond of the sound of Erol Alkan, Daft Punk and SebastiAn. Elements of these and other influences can be found on “Wet”, “Love District” and “Take Shoot”, fused together to show us the Turkish take on maximal Electro. We take things back to home turf with some of Germany’s finest Electro artists freaking out on remix duty.

First up, it’s Zero Cash, whose massive remix of “Wet” sounds like a tougher version of Chicken Lips with rave sirens, heavy bass and a bit of glitch in all the right places.
Fukkk Offf from Hamburg, much in demand for his amazing remix work, found the time to give the title track a reworking in his inimitably dramatic, driving style.
Berlin’s Nhan Solo gets out the oldschool breaks and pianos and, taking a Fidget House approach for his version of “Love District”, delivers a jackin’ slice of wonk for fans of Hervé or Sinden.
Disco Trash Music round things off with their re-rub of “Take Shoot”, vocoders and vocal cuts takecharge here alongside funky hi-hats, Disco claps and plenty of pumping sidechain action.

My name is Rodrigo Moratto, I’m a singer-songwriter from Brazil…was kinda raised between Brazil and the USA…I am about to release my 1st English Language single in the UK this coming summer.
