Et Justice Pour Chicago [10/17]

Not since they stormed the Bastille have the French produced anything so revolutionary; Justice is in town tonite. No, I don’t have any extra tickets.

Time is running down & tickets are sold out so if you knew you knew, if you snoozed- too effing bad for you. I bought mine two months ago knowing this would happen. Don’t say I didn’t warn you- I gave you all a heads up! So what if the last show in our city was lackluster compared to their other stops around the globe? Chicago had to come around some time. Couple Justice with the Midnight Juggernauts- and game over.

I might be more excited for the Midnight Juggernauts than I am Justice (Gasp!). It’s true. Their album is absolutely phenomenal. This show is at The Metro and it is going to be awesome!

Justice - D.A.N.C.E. (MSTRKRFT Remix)

Justice - D.V.N.O (LA Riots Remix)

Soulwax - NY Excuse (Justice Remix)

Fatboy Slim - Don’t Let The Man (Justice Remix)

If you just stopped by to hear Justice, I understand. No hard feelings. I do the same thing sometimes, but you should really check out these next few tracks. I can’t say enough about their latest release, the Midnight Juggernauts have it all. Their full length debut “Dystopia” is spectacular- I’d even go so far as to say they are a modern day rebirth of Pink Floyd for our generation.

Midnight Juggernauts - Shadows

Midnight Juggernauts - Aurora

Midnight Juggernauts - Road To Recovery (Miami Horror Remix)

I find Daft Punk were alot more revolutionary! Not to take away anything from Justice… but “les Daft” were really something new, I would say Justice are merely a byproduct!
